At Just Sew Suzie, simply selling products has never been enough. That’s why we’ve taken the time and effort to ensure our production process is at the highest level possible. With our experience and your satisfaction as our number one priority, rest assured your needs will always be met here.

When you inquire about custom designs for our bags and totes, we will do our best to meet your needs with a variety of fabric choices, design elements, sizing, and more.

These changes require more processing and production time, and so there may be delays in your order based on supply chain delays elsewhere.

When your design has been prepared, you will be contacted with an estimate of the final cost of your custom handbag. Upon approval of the design and the unit price, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required in order to proceed with the work. There is a 48-hour cancellation or alteration period in effect upon receipt of your deposit. Any requested alterations may affect the amount of your estimate. After this 48-hour period has expired, your custom work will proceed and cannot be altered. Cancelling the order after the 48-hour period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the design fee. Please note: The $25 Design Fee will be credited to the final cost of your order, when your purchase has been completed.


Shipping: All shipping charges are separate from, and in addition to, the estimated cost of your custom handbag, and are the responsibility of the customer. If your custom handbag is to be shipped, a separate shipping estimate will be provided to you. This will include the actual shipping costs as well as any packaging materials and insurance on your package. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
